  • finishes;
  • views;
  • landscaping;
  • furniture; or
  • specifications.

Developer-issued contractual documentation should be relied upon for final specifications.

2.5 No Binding Offer

Users should notify Redmont immediately at: broker@redmontrealtor.ae if they believe their Broker Portal account has been compromised.

Redmont may temporarily or permanently restrict access where reasonably required for:

  • compliance;
  • suspected fraud;
  • suspected misuse;
  • licence expiry;
  • breach of applicable terms; or
  • regulatory requirements.

2.10 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Redmont owns or is lawfully authorised to use the content appearing on its websites and Broker Portal, including:

  • Redmont branding;
  • logos;
  • website design;
  • text;
  • graphics;
  • proprietary databases;
  • internal documents;
  • templates;
  • broker resources;
  • training material; and
  • marketing content.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, modify or commercially exploit Redmont proprietary materials without prior permission.

Developer and third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

2.11 Third-Party Links and Services

Redmont websites may contain links to third-party websites, including developer, regulator, government or service-provider websites.

Redmont is not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, content or security of independent third-party websites.

2.12 Website Availability

Redmont does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its websites or Broker Portal.

Services may occasionally be restricted or suspended for:

  • Maintenance;
  • Upgrades;
  • Cybersecurity;
  • Operational reasons;
  • Regulatory reasons; or
  • Circumstances beyond Redmont’s reasonable control.

2.13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Redmont shall not be liable for losses arising solely from:

Redmont may amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

2.16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution or regulatory procedures, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
