1.6 Disclosure of Personal Data

Where necessary and legally permitted, Redmont may disclose relevant personal data to property developers; property owners; sellers; landlords; buyers or tenants where required for a transaction; licensed cooperating brokerages; mortgage providers or banks where authorised; payment or transaction service providers; legal advisers; accountants; auditors; technology providers; hosting providers; CRM providers; identity or compliance providers; professional advisers; government authorities; Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC); competent regulators; courts; judicial authorities; and law-enforcement authorities where legally required. Redmont does not sell personal data to third parties.

Certain technology, communications, cloud, CRM or professional service providers used by Redmont may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Real estate, financial, AML, KYC and transaction records may be subject to mandatory legal or regulatory retention obligations. Accordingly, Redmont may be unable to delete certain information immediately following a deletion request where continued retention is legally required.

Redmont’s websites and brokerage services are primarily intended for adults. Redmont does not knowingly seek to collect personal data directly from children through its general website or Broker Portal.
